Beltone designs Commence to adapt to your surroundings and support speech understanding in noise. In Envision microRIE models, artificial intelligence is trained to reduce thousands of everyday noises.
TV at home
Beltone lists the TV-Streamer+ as compatible with Envision and Commence hearing aids. It streams TV sound to your hearing aids and lets you adjust their volume without changing the sound from the TV speakers. Ask us about CIC styles.
Phone and video calls
Envision and Commence can stream calls and audio from compatible iPhone, iPad and Android devices; Beltone lists Bluetooth for every style except Commence CIC. Hands-free calls depend on the model.
Places of worship and public spaces
Where a venue offers Auracast™ broadcast audio, Envision and Commence can stream it directly to your hearing aids (not available on Commence CIC).
Outdoors and active days
Envision and Commence have a durable, all-over coating that makes them weatherproof and sweatproof.
Hearing on one side
Envision can pair with the CROS/BiCROS transmitter, an option for single-sided deafness. We also offer bone-anchored hearing implants.

Do I need a hearing evaluation before getting hearing aids?
Our recommendations start with a full hearing evaluation. It covers your medical and hearing history, a look at both ear canals, and tests of your hearing and speech understanding.
How much do hearing aids cost?
Price depends on the style and technology you choose. After your evaluation, we’ll talk through options that suit your lifestyle, hearing and budget, and you can ask us about payment options.
Are rechargeable hearing aids available?
Beltone offers rechargeable styles with all-day battery life on a single charge, as well as styles that use replaceable batteries. Battery life varies with use.
Can I stream phone calls and TV to my hearing aids?
Most Envision and Commence styles can stream calls and audio from compatible iPhone, iPad and Android devices (Beltone doesn’t list Bluetooth for Commence CIC), and Beltone lists the TV-Streamer+ as compatible with Envision and Commence. Features vary by model, so ask our team what works with your phone.
How often should my hearing aids be cleaned?
Along with daily care at home, we recommend bringing your hearing aids in for a professional cleaning every four months.
