How we work
Care that starts with listening
Every recommendation starts with a full hearing evaluation, followed by a conversation about your lifestyle and the listening situations that trouble you most.
We fit Beltone hearing aids exclusively, and we offer follow-up care after your fitting, including professional cleanings we recommend every four months.
Our team includes a Doctor of Audiology, Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists, Hearing Aid Assistants and Patient Care Coordinators.

Our tagline began with a patient who loved coming to see us. She told Dr. Kirby, “My ears smile every time I walk in the door.” Those words capture how we want you to feel here: comfortable, listened to and cared for.
Lifetime Hearing Services is a Christian faith-based practice. Dr. Kirby’s faith and values shape our culture of care, both inside our offices and out in our community.
