Business Administrative Assistant

As a Business Administrative Assistant at Lifetime Hearing Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will provide essential administrative support to our team, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized, a great communicator, and proficient in various office software and tools.

Lifetime Hearing Services helps people with hearing loss communicate with their loved ones , improving their quality of their lives through the use of Beltone hearing aids and/or cochlear implants. We are a national award winning hearing aid practice and our team members are nothing short of fantastic.

This 4 day a week position (Fridays and weekends off!) offers a fantastic opportunity for just the right person who enjoys participating in and supporting a busy healthcare office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ●  Administrative Support:

    • ○  Make appointment confirmation phone calls and schedule patients

    • ○  Responsible for processing and entering managed care insurance portals

    • ○  Schedule leads from lead generating software

    • ○  Schedule physician referrals following our set processes

    • ○  Billing, scanning and entering payments into electronic medical records software

    • ○  Filing accounts payable

    • ○  Assist and completed tasks assigned by the Business Director

  • ●  Data Entry and Analysis:

    • ○  Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets, databases, insurance portals and

      other software.

    • ○  Generate reports and summaries as needed.

  • ●  Office Organization:

    • ○  Efficient and friendly communication skills

    • ○  Ensure the office environment is neat, organized, and welcoming.

  • ●  Other:

○ Must have reliable transportation


  • ●  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

  • ●  Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

  • ●  Healthcare insurance background is highly sought

  • ●  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • ●  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • ●  Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • ●  Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • ●  Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • ●  Familiarity with office equipment and basic office software.

  • ●  A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
