Due to the COVID-19 situation, our team has been hard at work trying to establish ways to keep our patients safe while still attending to their hearing care needs. What we came up with is our new Concierge Service. We are now offering to come pick up your broken hearing aids from your home, fix them and bring them back to you!

This is exclusively for our patients and here is how it works: You call in to (843) 662-4327 and tell us what is wrong with your hearing aids and let our team know that you would like to utilize the concierge service. We will then come to you, pick up the hearing aids, bring them back to our facility, analyze and fix them and return them back to you. There is a small fee to utilize our concierge service. Just call us for all the details. We are here to help our patients to the best of our abilities!
