Dr. Lesley Kirby, Au.D. Named Recommending Audiologist for TV Ears
Veteran audiologist partners with leading TV listening device brand to support patients with hearing loss.
TV Ears, a national leader in television listening devices for people with hearing loss, has named Dr. Lesley Kirby, Au.D. as its recommending audiologist. The partnership recognizes Dr. Kirby’s three decades of clinical experience and her ongoing work helping patients improve their day-to-day listening at home.
In a letter announcing the partnership, TV Ears founder George Dennis cited Dr. Kirby’s patient-centered approach and clinical track record as central to the decision. “Through her work, she has found TV Ears to be a reliable option for individuals who have trouble hearing and understanding television clearly,” Dennis wrote.
TV Ears products give users independent control over television volume and clarity, so they can adjust the audio to their own hearing needs without changing the volume for others in the room. The current generation of headsets also includes Bluetooth connectivity, extending use to phones, tablets, and other compatible devices.
Dr. Kirby will serve in an advisory and recommending capacity, lending her clinical perspective to a product line already used by hundreds of thousands of households across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
